Three persons working in a scrap unit in Thane in Maharashtra have been arrested for allegedly killing a colleague on April 10, a senior police official said today.
Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone 1, D S Swami said that the victim Jamil Nasibdar (26) had seen four people pilfering scrap from the unit they worked in.
The four, afraid that Nasibdar would complain about them to the unit owner, killed him on April 10 in Uttarshiv area of Shil Daighar locality in the district.
The official identified the three arrested persons as Jagnarayan, Nandram Verma and Pramod Verma and said that the fourth accused, Badkau Paswan, was still at large.
