Deepu alias Yogendra, Naeem and Ramesh were arrested by Kabrai police and 30 sacks of ammonium nitrate were recovered from them, he said.
The accused revealed that they had purchased the material from Naugaon in Madhya Pradesh and it was to be used in illegal mining.
