Acting on a tip off, police yesterday arrested Ashwani Kumar, Jai Prakash and Rajkumar from Rasulabad area of Kanpur dehat with the FICN, having face value of Rs 12,39,500, they said, adding that the notes are in denominations of Rs 2,000 and Rs 500.
The police has also recovered a computer, a printer, a scanner, paper and ink used in printing of fake notes.
A case has been registered and probe is on, they added.
