The seven, carrying bags filled with the contraband, were arrested from a hotel during a raid by security personnel in the district headquarters of Makawanpur, about 110 km south of the national capital Kathmandu, said Raju Aryal, Senior Superintendent of Police.
Some 30 kg of hashish, a vehicle bearing an Indian registration number, six mobile phones and Rs 33,000 Indian currency were seized from them.
