4/6 laning of four roads in Punjab to be over by March 2014

Punjab is all set to complete the Rs 3,284 crore project of four and six laning of four major roads of 400 km length by March 2014.
This was informed by state PWD minister Sharanjit Singh Dhillon here today.
The work of 4/6 laning of 400 km national highways - Sambhu-Jalandhar, Bhogpur-Mukerian, Pathankot-Amritsar and Ludhiana-Talwandi are likely to be completed by March 2014, he said.
The minister said Rs 4,200 crore would be spent on road infrastructure during the year 2013-14.
