Four of the eight persons accused of throwing cold drink bottles filled with inflammable liquid at Prahalad Gangwal'residence on April 15 have been arrested, police said.
They have been identified as Zakir Hussain, Afzal, Arif and Jakir Hussain, they said, adding that a scooter had been seized from them.
As per the preliminary investigation, a criminal lodged in the Jaipur Central Jail Imran Mogali had asked his brother to carry out the incident, police said.
