The deceased included a married woman, a five-year-old girl and two men.
One of the injured was referred to Jaipur's Sawai Man Singh Hospital, while others were admitted to a government hospital in Sikar, SHO of Ranoli police station Indraj Moradia said.
The deceased are yet to be identified, and driver of heavy vehicle fled from the scene after the mishap, he added.
