The 16-year-old accused promised the girl, who was playing outside her house, a chocolate. He then took her to the rooftop a nearby house and raped her there, SP (Rural) Abhishek Yadav said.
Hearing her screams, some persons rushed to her rescue. The accused has been arrested and the girl hospitalised.
