Singh, a resident of Alwar district was admitted to SMS hospital here with head injuries and was declared brain-dead on Wednesday.
With his family's consent, it was decided that Singh's liver and kidneys will be transplanted into three persons.
While the kidneys were transplanted to two patients in Jaipur, Singh's liver was sent to Delhi.
A special arrangement of a 'green corridor' was made with the help of police forces of three states to transport the liver to Delhi as soon as possible.
