4th HI Congress and elections on October 13

The fourth Congress and elections of Hockey India will be held on October 13 at a city hotel here, according to a HI notice.
The polls will be held to elect the exectuive board and office bearers of HI for the period 2014-2018.
Retd. Justice Aruna Suresh will be the Returning Officer of the election and will be assisted by HI CEO Elena Norman and Executive Director Cdr. R K Srivastava.
The elections will be held for 17 key posts which includes President (1 post), Sr Vice President (1), Secretary General (1), Treasurer (1), Vice President (4 posts, 2 from each gender), Joint Secretary (4, 2 from each gender) and Executive Member (5).

Among other agendas, the annual hockey calendar will also be presented before the HI Congress for consideration.
"On advice of the President of Hockey India the 4th Congress and Elections of Hockey India will be held on October 13 at 11.00 A.M. In Hotel Holiday Inn, Aero City, New Delhi," Hi Secretary General Narinder Batra wrote in the notice.
