The incident occurred yesterday near Margojia village when the van driver was trying to overtake another vehicle.
The victims were travelling to Kanupura village in Firozabad to attend a wedding ceremony.
The van driverand two others died on the spot. Two more died on the way to hospital.
Two persons have been admitted to Agra medicalcollege in a serious condition, police said.
