While two persons had died on the spot, another person had succumbed to injuries at the hospital yesterday, the police said.
Of the three injured who were admitted to Malda Medical College and Hospital, two persons died today.
The condition of the injured man is serious.
The accident occurred at Konua near Chanchol when a pick-up van collided with an auto-rickshaw yesterday.
