In a joint effort Haryana and Rajasthan police, the minor was rescued from a hideout of some nomads yesterday, Rewari SP, Pankaj Nain told reporters here.
The girl, a resident of Cheemnawas village, has been handed over to her family, he said.
On a tip-off, the joint police team raided a hideout of some nomads, who kidnapped girls to either sell or exploit them, Nain said, adding that no arrest was made in the matter.
Following the minor's recovery, efforts have been intensified to rescue a five-year-old girl, who was also kidnapped from Rewari railway station on May 20.
