9 IAS officers shifted in UP

In an administrative reshuffle the Uttar Pradesh government today shifted nine IAS officers.
District Magistrate Rampur Subhra Saxena has been put on the waitlist and municipal commissioner Kanpur N K S Chauhan has been posted at her place, an official spokesman said here.
Principal Secretary energy and chairman UP Power Corporation Sanjeev Mittal has been put on the waitlist and Principal Secretary infrastructure and industrial development Sanjay Agarwal has been posted at his place.
Principal Secretary to the Governor, Manjeet Singh, has been transferred to technical education in the same capacity with additional charge of higher education.
Principal Secretary technical education Rajiv Kapoor has been posted at Singh's place.

Commissioner excise Mahesh Gupta has been put on the waitlist while divisional commissioner Bareilly Anil Garg has been posted at his place.
Nidhi Kesarwani, who was on the waitlist, has been posted as Special Secretary higher education.
