The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will come out with its list of candidates for the Assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh, due later this year, by August, party national secretary Pankaj Gupta said today.
The national executive of the AAP met here today to discuss the party's strategy in the upcoming Assembly polls and next year's Lok Sabha election.
The meeting, presided over by Delhi Chief Minister and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal, also decided to replace party treasurer Deepak Bajpai with Rajya Sabha MP ND Gupta.
The decision was taken in view of Bajpai's preoccupation as the in-charge of the party affairs in Rajasthan, Gupta said.
The executive members also had a "preliminary discussion" as regards the party's strategy in Delhi vis-a-vis the 2019 Lok Sabha polls, he added.
