"The residences with interior design by Versace Home will be the first of its kind in India, offering a selection of unique apartments combining ultra-modern facilities with pure Versace's style," company's Managing Director Amit Bhosale said in a statement.
He said this association solidifies ABIL's positioning as a foremost real estate luxury developer.
"This residential property at Hughes Road will add another luxury high rise to south Mumbai's skyline," Bhosale said.
Pune-based ABIL has so far developed over 7.8 million sqft of residential and commercial property across Maharashtra and is in the process of developing around 14 million sqft of projects across the state.
