The tout identified as Heera Lal, a resident of Rohini, was arrested by ACB officials during surprise anti-corruption inspection drive.
The ACB officials conducted surprise checks at two motor licensing offices of Transport department at Rohini and Wazirpur today on the direction of Delhi Lt Governor Najeeb Jung.
During the raid at Rohini office, ACB officials found that a woman was handing over some documents and cash to Lal.
Today, she had come to pay the balance amount of Rs 800 to get a permanent driving licence.
A formal complaint was lodged and all documents were handed over to the ACB and the person was arrested, it said.
During the surprise raid at the Transport Authority office at Wazirpur, the team went with a decoy customer along with blank forms and an amount of Rs 2,500 for obtaining driving license.
