Addl judge Walia shifted from Punjab and Haryana HC to J&K HC

An Additional Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court was today transferred to Jammu and Kashmir High Court in the same capacity.
Justice Bawa Singh Walia stands transferred to the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, a Law Ministry statement said.
He has been directed to assume charge of his office on or before February 17.
