Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry will release his new solo album 'Sweetzerland Manifesto' on January 19 after a gap of seven years.
The album, which has been co-produced by Bruce Witkin, has Perry collaborating with Terry Reid, David Johansen and Robin Zander of Cheap Trick, according to a statement posted on his official website.
All songs, except one, have been written by him or co- penned by Perry with his guest vocalists.
Actor Johnny Depp, who was a bandmate of Perry in "Hollywood Vampire", will be heard playing drums for the cover of "Eve of Destruction".
Depp also served as the executive producer for the album.
"It's going to be interesting to see what songs people gravitate to, because there's such a wide variety of tunes," Perry said.
