Senators Angus King from Maine, a member of the Senate Armed Services and Intelligence Committees, and Tim Kaine from Virginia, Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee on Near Eastern and South and Central Asian Affairs, will travel to India from October 6 to 11.
They would be travelling to New Delhi and Mumbai.
In New Delhi, the Senators will meet with senior Indian defence and foreign affairs officials, Members of Parliament, and leading strategic commentators, according to a statement.
