The 44-year-old British beauty is in love with her role on the new musical drama series, in which she plays Camilla, the older mistress of the show's young Hakeem, reported People magazine.
"I don't like the word cougar. For me this is how I look at it: When you love, you love. That's it. Age is just a number," she said.
"To be given this opportunity at this point in my life, I am very committed. But I'm also having lots of fun with this. It's not my day job, so to be working with Taraji P Henson and Terrence Howard and all these wonderful stars each week, I'm humbled," she added.
