AIADMK seeks longer session in Pondy assembly to discuss

The opposition AIADMK in Puducherry today urged the territorial government to hold the forthcoming budget session of Assembly for a longer period to discuss various 'public issues.'
On actor Rajinikanth's remarks that 'some anti-social elements had infiltrated' the locals during the anti-sterlite protests in Tuticorin last week, the AIADMK leader said, "The views he (Rajini) had expressed are welcome."
