The 39-year-old human rights lawyer threw a party at their home in London. Their friends Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, who is George's Casamigos business partner, flew from LA to London to help Amal prepare for the celebration, reported Us weekly.
"Amal had this great cake made replicating the Casamigos tequila bar from their houses in Mexico. Amal set it all up and Rande and Cindy surprised him when he got home. George was totally surprised," a source said.
Gerber, who turned 55 last month, also took to Instagram to post a photo of himself with Clooney and their cake.
