Ambassador of Guinea visits PAU

During a meeting with PAU Director of Research, Dr S S Gosal, and Additional Director Communication, Dr H S Sehgal, the ambassador said Guinea's economy was largely dependent on agriculture.

Rice, maize, sugarcane, sweet potato and citrus fruits were some of the major crops of the country, he said while seeking collaboration with the University for improved production and protection technologies of these.

Gosal assured the ambassador of all possible technical help.
