"Ananya, the five-day dance festival, is a one-of-its-kind event held annually in Delhi since 2002. Each of the five days has something special to offer to the audience," said SS Yadav, Secretary (Art, Culture and Languages), government of Delhi.
On Oct. 9, Kolkata-based Anjika Centre for Manipuri Dance will be presenting 'Anantasakti', choreographed by the group's founder Priti Patel, presenting the cosmic play of the cycle of life and death.
On October 11, Gauri Diwakar is slated to deliver a Kathak recital while the festival will end with an Odissi dance performance by Sujata Mohapatra and her group.
