Annual convention of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community begins

An international convention of the Ahmadiyya Muslim community began with the unfurling of the community's flag followed by the recitation of the Holy Quran here today.
The first session of the convention was chaired by Maulana Muhammad Inam Ghaori, Chief Secretary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim community India.
He told the gathering that apart from their spiritual development they should endeavor to play their part in the development of their country.
The first session of the convention was attended by a large number of people from all over the world.
