Bomb disposal squad was pressed into service after a cardboard box along with letters found inside the complex near the family court in the wee hours, police said pairs of alarm clocks wrapped in a cloth were found.
Police who were in security of the High Court campus heard some beep sound near the family court and on checking they noticed it was emanating from the card box.
Bomb detection squad which rushed to the spot with sniffer dogs found on opening the box four alarm time pieces wrapped in papers along with three letters. It contained no explosives, police said.
