The 20-year-old 'The Way' singer and the 'Fine China' rapper recently took to Twitter to post what might be the lyrics of the new song they're working on together, reported MTV.
"I dug a single seed into the ground, I hope it grows," Brown tweeted over the weekend. Grande then responded by tweeting, "In a year or two if you're around, you'll see a rose."
Scooter Braun, Grande's manager confirmed the collaboration on twitter.
"Ariana Grande that was an amazing session. Excited for this incredible duet on the way," he wrote.
"A song you haven't heard that is coming out in march," she replied to the fan.
The title of the song is currently kept under wraps.
Grande is currently working on her second album and spending a lot of time in the studio.
"I have been in studio non-stop, so my voice sounds a little hoarse. But I am working really hard on it," she said.
The singer said that she had been working with producers including Max Martin and Ryan Tedder.
"I have also been working with new producers like Max Martin; he's amazing. I love working with him. He's like a mathematician. He knows music like math. It just makes sense to him," she said.
