Three employees of the Corporation were travelling with the bills of Rs 8 lakh from Shoram village in Shahpur town on bike.
Three armed men came and intercepted thier bike and shot at them, injuring one, and fled with the cash.
The injured employee Dewanand was rushed to distdict hospital in serious condition.
Police rushed to the spot and has started search operation.
