The Army has setup an ex-servicemen cell in Jammu and Kashmir's Ramban district, a defence spokesman said.
It was inaugurated by Lt Gen Saranjeet Singh, General Officer Commanding (GOC), White Knight Corps at Chanderkote in the district today, a defence Spokesman said.
The cell has been set up to cater to a total of 333 ex-servicemen who can go there to report their grievances related to pension and medical facilities.
Speaking to the ex-servicemen present at the ceremony, the GOC expressed his gratitude for the services rendered by them and assured them that the Army would always look out for its veterans.
