Army Yachting Node's Reddy shines at sailing championship

K Arjun Reddy of Army Yachting Node (AYN) stood first in three of the four races in RS:X class on the third day of the Senior Multi-class Sailing Championship at Hussain Sagar lake here today.
Muzahid Khan, who also belongs to AYN, surged ahead in all the races (four) in Laser Standard class, according to an official release.
Ram Milan Yadav of NSS and Chitresh T of TNSA shared the medal tally in Laser 4.7 category by standing first in two races each.
Kamlesh Patel and Rawankar U B of AYN stole the show in Hobie-16 as they finished first in three of the four races.

Only one race each was conducted in the Finn, Enterprise and Laser 470 classes due to unfavourable weather conditions.
The event, which began on July 4, concludes on July 8.
