The company had reported consolidated net profit of Rs 93.26 crore in the July-September period of last fiscal, 2014-15, Arvind Ltd said in a BSE filing.
Consolidated net sales of the company increased by 6.9% to Rs 2,093.88 crore during the period under review, as against Rs 1,958.7 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

Arvind Ltd Director and Chief Financial Officer Jayesh Shah said, "The performance for the quarter has been satisfactory considering very challenging domestic market. We expect second half to be even better as compared to the H2 of last year."
Revenue from textiles segment during the period stood at Rs 1,295.85 crore compared to Rs 1,231.5 crore in the year-ago period.
Brand and retail business revenue increased to Rs 702.86 crore, as against Rs 644.24 crore in the year-ago period.
Shares of Arvind Ltd were trading at Rs 279.65, up 4.42%, on the BSE.
