them visually challenged from Maharashtra, held a demonstration in front of Sri Ramanathaswamy temple here demanding action against police security personnel who allegedly assaulted three blind devotees.
As they were blind, they did not know that there was a queue for the security check and they had taken the exit point for entering the temple along with those who helped them. More over there was language problem for them also, according to a complained lodged to the police.
There was a heated exchange between the police and the devotees and the police assaulted four of the devotees.
