It had posted a net profit of Rs 46.49 crore in the 2014-15 fiscal, Ashiana Housing said in a regulatory filing.
Sales and other income also jumped over three-fold to Rs 536.05 crore in the 2015-16 fiscal from Rs 164.44 crore in the previous year.
"Area constructed increased to 23.4 lakh sq ft (FY16) vs 22.8 lakhs sq ft (FY15). Growth of 3 per cent year-on-year," the company said in a presentation.
"Booking Area decreased to 8.63 lakh sq ft (FY16) vs 18.12 lakh sq ft (FY15). Declined by 52 per cen YoY," it added.
