Assam BJP will hold a 24-hour sit-in 'dharna' on September 21 against "anti-people" functioning of the Congress government in the state.
Assam BJP unit president Siddhartha Bhattacharya alleged that Congress government is diverting all funds for development for poll-related issues.
The government had also failed in providing relief to flood affected people despite having sufficient funds.
Bhattacharya alleged that the law and order situation in the state has deteriorated drastically in the recent times and charged Congress with being soft on jehadi elements in the state.
