Assam Rifles DG reviews operational preparedness of the force

The Director General of Assam Rifles, Lt Gen Shokin Chauhan today reviewed the operational preparedness of the force and also the prevailing security situation in Nagaland.
Lt Gen Chauhan visited the office of Inspector General of Assam Rifles (North) and reviewed the operational preparedness of the force including its deployment in the state, AR sources said.
He stressed on the need for synergy of effort at all levels and commended all Officers, junior commissioned officers and jawans for their untiring efforts towards ensuring peace and tranquillity in Nagaland.
