"We are targeting professionals or creative people who wants to make Goa as their home to purchase the properties," he said.
The company, which is into developing hotels, has for the first time ventured in building bungalows which are located between trees.
"The units are designed to be the first home, but it can also be made second home too," Dave said.
Located on the banks of Chapora River, the project has each unit spread across 3,700 square feet which is nicely wooded.
"Our vision, in our field of property development, is to create a legacy of positive environmental, economic and social impacts that are mutually-beneficial for all stakeholders - the people, the community and the environment," he added.
