Attempt to break open ATM in Coimbatore

An attempt was today made to break open an automatic teller machine of the Indian Overseas Bank in the city, police said.
The damage to the machine on Nanjappa Road was noticed by some customers and on information, a police team rushed to the spot.
CCTV footage in the cabin revealed that two persons with their faces covered, were trying to open the machine around one AM, police said.
