Attempt to harm Congress legislator in Kerala

Congress legislator P T Thomas today lodged a police complaint stating that there was an attempt to harm him by damaging his car.
According to the complaint, bolts of one of the four wheels of the car were found removed and those of the rest of the wheels were found to be loosened.
"It came to light last evening though I used the car throughout the day. I lodged the complaint with Palarivattom police," Thomas told PTI.
The MLA also said police took his statement in this regard as part of the investigation.
The incident happened closely on the heels of Thomas giving statement to the police in connection with the alleged abduction and assault of the south Indian actress by a gang on February 17.

Thomas is one of the first persons to reach to the house of actor-director Lal after the actress reached there on being let off by the gang headed by "Pulsar" Suni, the prime accused, on the night of the incident.
