During the meeting, the High Commissioner of Australia to India told Khattar that the universities of both the countries could exchange technologies for quantity measurement of carotene in cow milk and improving genetic breeding.
Khattar apprised Suckling that the state government had recently announced its new Enterprises Promotion Policy-2015.
Under the policy, a provision had been made to give special concession for mega investment projects with its key features of further easing the ease-of-doing business and single-window clearance, the CM told the Australian envoy.
He also invited Suckling for an investment summit to be organised in Gurgaon, and presented a copy of the Bhagwad Gita to the members of delegation, according to a release.
Stating that India and Australia have many similar sports including cricket, Suckling said, 'There are ample possibilities to increase cooperation with Haryana in the areas of sports infrastructure, sports medicine and sports psychology.
