State Information and Technology Minister M Manikandan inaugurated the new engineering centre at a function in the city recently, a company statement said.
The engineering centre reinforces AXISCADES commitment to provide advanced engineerig solutions. It is equipped with high-end engineering software, IT and security.
"We are grateful to the Tamil Nadu government for their support. This new engineering centre signifies our commitment to co-innovate and deliver advanced engineering solutions to our global clients", company's Senior Vice-President Srinivas Pulikam said.
The company currently has 250 employees in the city and works on delivering engineering solutions for global OEMs in heavy engineering and automotive verticals, it added.
