Bajra, maize ease on reduced offtake

Prices of bajra and maize declined by Rs 10 per quintal at the wholesale grains market today due to reduced offtake by consuming industries.
However, wheat and other grains held steady in thin trade.
Traders said reduced offtake by consuming industries against adequate stocks position mainly led to decline in bajra and maize prices.
In the national capital, bajra and maize were down by Rs 10 each to Rs 1,390-1,395 and Rs 1,490-1,500 per quintal, respectively.
