Balbir Tegta appointed Secretary HP Assembly
He succeeds Goverdhan Singh, who has superannuated. Tegta is due to retire in June 2013.
Meanwhile, the government has appointed Kamal Sharma and Rakesh Sharma as Special Secretaries in chief minister's office.
