Organising committee convener Vipopal Kintso said Nagaland Parliamentary Secretary for Planning, Coordination and Evaluation, Neiba Kronu, would be the chief guest at the final match, while Managing Director of Lajong FC, Shillong, Larcsing M Sawyan, would be the special guest.
He said Larcsing would be accompanied by two of his club officials and would also hold meeting with the interested coaches of the 63 teams of the NSF trophy.
