Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala and Maharashtra post offices followed Bihar, he said
In the 2011-12 fiscal year, Tamil Nadu had topped the nation in sale of gold coins.
Considering the boom in sale of gold coins, the Postal department has decided to sell gold coins from seven more post offices in Bihar from the next fiscal, besides the 45 existing ones, Bhuyan said.
