Bosses at the Broadway Center in Tacoma, Washington have pulled the plug on the comic's show in April next year, fearing a boycott if the gig went ahead, reported CNN online.
"We work diligently within our community's social fabric by building empathy, furthering education, and sharing joy. Ultimately we were not confident in our ability to meet those objectives by proceeding with Mr Cosby's performance," the statement read.
Venues in Vegas, Arizona, Illinois and South Carolina have also cancelled amid an ongoing sex scandal surrounding Cosby.
His lawyer has dismissed the claims.
