While Mukesh had to content with the silver, Dhaniram Basumatary of Assam claimed the bronze medal beating Jharkhand's Guru Charan 6-2 in the third-fourth place play-off match.
In the girls event, Dipali beat Davinder Kaur of Chandigarh 6-0 to claim the gold.
Another Assam girl, Himani Boro won the bronze medal, defeating Lavanya Namula of SPSB 6-0.
