Somaiya alleged that it is a scam involving Rs 1,000 crore and demanded that role of Chief Minister's Office be investigated.
BJP has alleged that the state government's decision to transfer mining lease, alloted to a private company, to another private cement company is illegal.
"Despite the fact that the lease for natural resources cannot be transferred, it was transferred after clearance from the CMO a few months back.
We handed over documents to ADG-ACB demanding probe," Somaiya said.
