"We assure that the people of Delhi will also get a government in the national capital like that of Modi-led Central government, which is working for the welfare of masses," Upadhyay said during Agenda Aajtak.
Asked about the party's chief ministerial candidate, the Delhi BJP chief said, "After winning forthcoming elections, our winning candidates will also decide the name of chief minister."
However, Congress leader Haroon Yusuf and Aam Aadmi party leader Manish Sisodia, who also shared the dais with Upadhyay, accused BJP-led MCD of "failing to sustain Swachh Campaign" in the national capital.
"For the last 8 years, BJP has been in municipal corporations...What they cleaned...All know," Yusuf also said.
Attacking the former Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, the Delhi BJP said that they (AAP) have "betrayed" the people on power, water subsidy and "ran away" in midway.
Taking a dig at AAP for recently uploading Prime Minister Narendra Modi photo on its website, Upadhyay said,"We have got to see their (AAP) honesty and double character during the Lok Sabha elections...They seek votes on the names of Modi by uploading his photo on their website...There is no comparison between Modi ji and Mufler Man."
Upadhyay added that his party will get full majority in Assembly polls.
"Ahead of Delhi Assembly elections, we are working on 'Mission 60'..So that the people of Delhi can get stable government this time," the BJP leader further added.
