The BJP in Telangana Monday observed the death anniversary of its idealogue, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya as 'Samarpan Diwas'.
State BJP president K Laxman and other party leaders paid homage to the departed leader here.
Recalling that Upadhyaya advocated 'Antyodaya' (welfare of the underprivileged), he said the Modi government was inspired by the philosophy.
The 'Swachh Bharat' campaign is an example of it, he added.
Further, Laxman said the BJP would take up 'Mera Parivar-BJP Parivar' campaign from Tuesday.
Under the campaign, every BJP worker would hoist the party's flag on his house.
